Mentor opportunities

The Steam Team summer programme for young people in Hounslow combines volunteering opportunities with employability skills workshops.

We are looking for volunteers to help us in one of two ways:

Support Mentors will attend sessions alongside participants to provide additional support to anyone who needs it. Knowledge of other languages, including BSL, or experience in teaching or providing support to young people with additional learning needs, is essential.

Workshop Mentors will attend drop-in workshops to provide additional coaching to participants. Experience in recruitment, HR, job coaching or youth mentoring, or knowledge of a particular sector, is desirable.
