Our Prep team prepares the food that will be cooked for each event. This team will serve at our commercial kitchen located at Traders Point Church in Whitestown, IN and will be supervised by our Head Chef, Charity Cason. You don’t need to be a trained chef to serve on our prep team! Some tasks may include: putting away orders, washing produce, chopping, slicing, cooking and cleaning the kitchen after use. Tasks will be assigned by our Head Chef at the beginning of each ‘shift’ and throughout the prep time. Food prep shifts are approximately 3 hours.

Our Event Day Team is our ‘all in’ team! This team will meet at the event to help set up all necessary equipment, serve during the truck event, and assist in clean up after the event. This team helps to make each TKC event both efficient and significant! During the event, this team will help welcome our guests, hand out food, drinks, or resources, and lovingly engage with the community. Bring your muscles and your smiles and get ready to have a blast! Each event is approximately 4 hours.

Our Refresh Team makes sure the truck is spotless both inside and out! This team helps to ensure the truck can continue to provide high quality meals from a mobile kitchen that is clean and up to code. Our Refresh Team will meet at our kitchen located at Traders Point Church after each truck event to unload and clean the truck, and the equipment used on the truck! Refresh Team shifts are approximately 2 hours.
