Re:new is a non-profit creating a space for refugee women to thrive.
How We Work
We engage, equip and employ refugee women in the Chicagoland area.
Re:new Artisans are refugee women who have survived war, persecution, or political conflict and resettled in the United States. They have found new life within our studio walls where they handcraft products made from upcycled textiles.
At Re:new Project, we rely on the talent, skill, passion and creativity of our volunteers to further our mission and support the amazing refugee women in our Artisan Development programs.
Ways To Get Involved
Join our mailing list and stay in the loop on our artisans, products and events.
Each one-of-a-kind handbag and accessory is handmade from donated, upcycled textiles by our talented refugee Artisans.
