About the Assignment
As a customer service representative, you will be helping potential candidates to take their vocations to unreached market places. You will be helping us find excellent candidates, answer inquiries, and care for our market place workers by coordinating travel logistics.

Talent Co. networks market place workers with clients and guides candidates through the placement process.
What to Expect
• Posting and updating job opportunities on the Talent Co. and Scatter job board
• Managing the sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Medical Missions, etc.
• Scheduling interviews with candidates
• Assisting candidates in the Dataflow process
• Performing reference checks
• Coordinating travel logistics both domestically and internationally
• Assisting in acquiring visas for staff, clients, and placement candidates
• Sending interest, more information, and rejection emails
• Answering inquiries
Necessary Skills
• Strong administrative and organization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Problem solver
• Detail oriented
• Self-starter
• Experience with acquiring visas or willingness to learn
• Good verbal communication
• Passion for international work and cross-cultural work
