St. Louis Microfest Volunteer Sign Up

As a small non-profit, Lift For Life Gym depends on volunteers to make Microfest possible. Each year, we rely on volunteers to come out to serve patrons, sell tickets, set up, breakdown, and clean up. Without these volunteers, our ability to raise funds for the inner-city youth that we work with would be compromised.

You MUST be 21+ to volunteer for this event.
We can do our best to group you with friends/family while volunteering but can't make any guarantees.
This is a rain or shine event, we are counting on our volunteers to come no matter what the weather.
You will NOT be approved as a volunteer if you did not attend your shift last year.
Volunteers are not allowed to consume alcohol during their shift.
Working your entire shift is mandatory to receive your free pint voucher.
You will be standing much of your shift, please wear appropriate shoes.
