Our Mission:
Through food rescue, culinary training and our community feeding program we are committed to recovering, re-purposing and restoring both food and lives. In its simplest form, Bracken’s Kitchen delivers hot and nutritious meals in a fun, and dignified manner.

Take on serving the community with our famous food trucks, Betsy and Babs! Join us as we partner with amazing organizations throughout Orange County to feed families!
Bracken's Kitchen has reached new levels and we are now preparing around 30,000 meals a week and hope to continue to grow that number this year. We need your help preparing meals!
